Inertia — our love of the status quo, even if we know it’s inadequate.
Effort — real or perceived, physical, mental or economic exertion required to get the initiative going
Emotion — unintended negative emotions created by the new
Reactance — people don't want to be changed by others.
These four points might provide a myriad of good questions to identify the real obstacles.
