Here are some good questions that can lead to big ideas.

What are the persistent dilemmas where we struggle to find the right balance? For example, does an excessive focus on short-term profits hinder our ability to invest in innovative concepts? Are we observing a decline in our organization's agility as we seek growth in size and scale? How can we turn other "either/or" situations into opportunities for both?

In what areas is our organization struggling? For example, are we struggling to proactively adapt to change? Are we failing to harness the creative potential of our frontline employees? Is it difficult to create an inspiring atmosphere in the workplace? How can we turn current constraints into achievable goals?

What obstacles will we face in the future? What are the consequences of new regulatory requirements, for example? How will the rapid commoditization of products affect us? What threats will super-low-cost competitors pose?
