Building trust is like constructing a sturdy bridge, one brick of honesty and reliability at a time.

If the target group consumes social media, they will also respond to content there. The repeated message and appropriate stories are what persuade the target audience. Consistent, repeated, show good judgment. If you manage to evoke positive emotions, then some trust will build over time.

But what if the target audience is not on social media? Many simply don't have time or haven't managed to win over the "algorithms". Some also don't always want to just post a big selfie with a hero story. Building your fortune on social media is like building a house on someone else's property. The terms are dictated. Still, some are having great success. Especially those who pick up on trending topics or report on how social media works best.

What are the alternatives? Podcasts, videos, ads, conferences, meetups, direct marketing, there are many options. However, the three elements are important there too: positive relationships, reliability and good judgment.

The same applies to companies. Managers, too, will only be successful if they are transparent, authentic and reliable.
